Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process as little data as possible. This website does without third-party services such as Google Fonts, ad networks or embedded maps; fonts and images are loaded directly from our own server. For anonymized audience measurement we use only our self-hosted web analytics tool Matomo (see Section 7).

2. Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights regarding your personal data vis-à-vis the controller:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To do so, please contact us using the contact details provided above.

3. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:

The Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner Devrientstraße 1, 01067 Dresden

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider:

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

The host processes the data transmitted via this website (in particular technical access data) on our behalf. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place.

When you access the website, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files that your browser transmits:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the file retrieved
  • amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval
  • browser type used and the operating system
  • the previously visited page (referrer)

This data serves the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in error-free and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are stored only for as long as is necessary for these purposes and are deleted afterwards.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar of your browser.

6. Local display settings

Settings such as night mode and font size are stored exclusively locally in your browser (in what is known as localStorage). This information is not transmitted to us or to third parties and serves solely to improve your reading comfort. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

7. Web analytics with Matomo

To statistically evaluate the use of our website, we use Matomo, an open-source web analytics software. Matomo is self-hosted on our own server (statistik.axelmammitzsch.com); the data collected stays with us and is not shared with third parties.

Purpose: We want to understand how our content is used – for example which pages are visited, where visitors come from and which devices or browsers are used – in order to improve our offering as needed.

Data processed: shortened (anonymized) IP address, pages accessed with the time of access, the previously visited page (referrer), the browser and device type used, as well as an approximate regional origin derived from the anonymized IP address. The IP address is anonymized (shortened) before storage, so that no direct reference to your person is established. Matomo is also configured so that no cookies are set and no cross-device recognition takes place.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the anonymized analysis of usage behavior in order to improve and economically design our offering.

Objection (opt-out): You can object to the collection at any time with effect for the future. If you activate the “Do Not Track” feature in your browser, your visit will not be recorded. You can also contact us at any time using the contact details provided above.

Storage period: The anonymized analytics data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the statistical evaluation.

8. Listing in the Nail Studio Finder (form)

On the “Nail Studio Finder” page, you can submit your studio for inclusion in our directory via a form. In doing so, we process the data you provide:

  • studio name, address (street, postal code, city)
  • phone number, website
  • contact email address
  • services offered and short description

Purpose: reviewing the request, getting in touch in case of queries, and – after approval by us – the publication of your studio in the directory.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form, as well as our legitimate interest in operating the directory (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary; however, without it a listing is not possible.

Transmission and storage: Your details are transmitted to us by email and stored on the server in order to process the request and manage the entry. The contact email address is not published; only the business data intended for external presentation (name, address, phone, website, services, description) appears in the directory.

Storage period: We store the data for as long as your studio is listed in the directory, or until you withdraw your consent or request erasure. Unapproved or rejected requests are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for processing.

Our directory and individual articles may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. to the listed studios). When you merely view our pages, no data is transmitted to these third parties; data is only transmitted once you actively click on such a link and visit the external page. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on the linked pages.

Individual articles on this website contain affiliate/advertising links, in particular to the Amazon partner program. Such links are marked as advertising. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase with the respective provider, we may receive a commission. This does not result in any additional costs for you.

We are a participant in the Amazon EU partner program, which is designed to provide a means for websites to earn advertising-cost reimbursement by placing advertisements and links to amazon.de.

Data processing: When you merely view our pages, no data is transmitted to Amazon or other partners. Only when you actively click on an affiliate link do you visit the provider’s website. The respective provider (e.g. Amazon) may then set cookies and process data, for example to attribute a purchase to the referral. The respective provider is responsible for this processing on the target page; its privacy policy applies.

The legal basis for setting such links is our legitimate interest in the economic financing of this free offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

11. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.

12. Validity and amendment of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid. As the website is further developed or as legal or regulatory requirements change, it may become necessary to amend it. The current version can be accessed on this page at any time.
